The most helpful aspect of the training was the engagement and structure. I think Nichelle and Tricia broke complex ideas down into simple form. The ladies made me feel empowered by giving me the knowledge and resources that I need to succeed over the summer. I felt like their energy was contagious and the passion overflowed with the design activities most importantly presentations. This training was more than helpful to me and I can’t thank them enough.
